Thanks to our pallet shuttle system, it’s possible to optimise the available space when storing bulk products, by having several channels across the entire width of the cold storage (at different heights). The shuttle rides back and forth in the various channels, 21 metres deep, to place the pallets needed ready for collection by the reach truck chauffeur. In combination with the pallet shuttle system, we also supplied some drive-in racking.
The drive-in racking consists of channels that are 2 and 3 pallets deep. This allows optimal storage of non-bulk products too.`
